rules ensure fair play, protect our community, and maintain a safe environment for all players.
- You must have a valid Epic Games account to access xsoulone.
- You may not exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized modifications.
- You may not impersonate other players or TripTok Forge staff.
- You may not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
- Store items are bought with in-game currency, which has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- TripTok Forge may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
End‑User License Agreement (EULA)
xsoulone is licensed, not sold. By playing, you receive permission to use the game content
for personal entertainment. You do not own the game assets, characters, or systems.
- You may not redistribute or resell xsoulone content.
- You may not reverse‑engineer or attempt to access protected systems.
- You may stream or record gameplay for personal or commercial use.
- TripTok Forge may update or modify xsoulone at any time.
Community Guidelines
xsoulone is built for creativity, competition, and community. To keep the experience positive,
all players must follow these guidelines.
- Respect other players and avoid toxic behavior.
- Do not share personal information of yourself or others.
- Report bugs responsibly through the Support page.
- Use in‑game communication tools appropriately.
Refund Policy
Store purchases use in-game currency. To request a refund, contact support with the receipt ID
shown on your Orders page. Approved refunds return the currency to your wallet and remove the item
from your inventory.
- Refunds may be granted for duplicate purchases.
- Refunds may be denied for used or consumed items.
- Refunds or credits obtained through exploits may be reversed.
Liability & Warranty
xsoulone is provided “as‑is” without warranty. TripTok Forge is not responsible for data loss,
service interruptions, or issues caused by third‑party platforms.
